How we started
From a Shop in Rex, Georgia
UNI Development Projects started in 2010 with a simple belief: that every home deserves craftsmanship built to last. We've spent over 15 years turning homeowners' visions into reality — one cabinet, one shelf, one custom build at a time.
We're a family-owned business, and that means something to us. Every project we take on gets the same care and attention we'd give our own home. We don't cut corners, we don't rush, and we don't hand off your project to someone who doesn't know your name.
Over the years, we've built kitchens, living rooms, home offices, garages, and hidden spaces for families from New Jersey, New York, Texas, Alabma and Georgia. Our reputation is built entirely on word of mouth — and we take pride in that.
